Breakfast at Misery'sby ~empty-10

So I've been wanting to make a set out of the Breakfast at Ruby's picture I made several months ago. So here is Misery, finally! It probably took about just as long as the last one, hahaha.

This one was tougher than the Ruby picture from a creative standpoint, since a lot of Ruby's picture came directly or was adapted slightly from the poster or the show. Obviously I didn't want it to just be a copy of the Ruby piece, so first I had to figure out what pose I wanted Misery in. I also had to figure out a hairstyle that looked good for Misery, which proved to be tough; her hairstyles in "Skullboys Don't Cry" are mostly played for laughs, so I went to

's gallery for some inspiration here and mashed it with Ruby's hairstyle from my Breakfast at Ruby's piece. Ruby's jewelry and tiara was also inspired by canon things she's worn in the show. However, Misery never got any jewelry for herself so I had to think of some kind of motif for her. I ended up going for moons and raindrops for the tiara, to represent her "darkness" in terms of both being a foil to Ruby as well as how she usually attracts thunderclouds. Of course, the choker spider thing is based on the spider thing on her normal dress.
